Former madam reveals what REALLY goes on inside a brothel
A former madam has spilled the beans on what really goes on inside a brothel.
And yes it’s a wild as you might imagine – with everything from whips, masks and even a dungeon with a fake electric chair.
Vivien Walden, 67, from Cheshire, worked as a hostess at the Toucan Club in Manchester for three decades before it was shut down by police in 2009.
She recently penned a tell-all autobiography Eating From The Cherry Tree, which has been picked up by an American scriptwriter and is due to be turned into a film.
In it Vivien reveals what really goes on behind closed doors, saying her business catered for every possible sexual fetish or fantasy.
“Whatever they wanted was provided for them. I don’t think brothels could do that nowadays,” she told Manchester Evening News.

At one point, Toucan was so popular, clients would often come to visit more than twice a week – making use of the dressing up rooms and the dungeon.
Vivien explains that visitors used to include actors and industry types from the nearby studios. They even had areas to cater for clients with a disability.
What clients paid differed as well.
“The price works by sexual acts and there are prices for it, but if you're a hostess or an escort there's a set price for your time, no matter what you do,” she told Mail Online.
“There were prices on a menu that the guys could choose to have.”
Vivien insisted that the workers had regular sexual health checks and she enforced a strict no drugs policy.
But the brothel was eventually shut down and after pleading guilty, Vivien was given community service and a six-month suspended prison sentence.
