Girl, nine, who died after being hit by bus in southeast London named by police
A nine-year-old girl who died after being hit by a bus in southeast London has been named by police.
Ada Bicakci died in hospital on 5 August, two days after she and her five-year-old brother were struck by a bus on Watling Street in Bexleyheath.
The children were with a family member when the collision happened on Saturday morning.
In a statement via the Metropolitan Police, her family said Ada - who was a Turkish-British national - attended a Turkish school in southeast London and was a keen gymnast and swimmer.

The family also said her organs were donated to help six other children, and added she will have a multi-faith funeral.
The male driver of the bus was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing serious injury through dangerous driving and drug driving.
He has been bailed to a date in early November pending further enquiries.
Officers were called to Watling Street in London just after 9am on Saturday, 3 August.
They have appealed for any witnesses to come forward
