Will & Grace is 20 years old – just let that sink in for a moment.

Since it's been two whole decades since the pilot aired (yes, that's an actual 20 years), the cast have been posting pictures from behind the scenes over the years and they are so amazing, it's almost making us forget just how old we are.

Over on the show's Instagram, the cast recorded messages to celebrate the milestone, and it was really sweet – not bitchy at all, honey.

Following on from Eric McCormack's comments about his hair, he shared his favourite picture from the pilot episode, featuring him with a full mop of luscious locks.

Debra Messing has been posted some gems on her own Instagram, with everything from awkward press shots to some pictures on set from the past 20 years.

And here are some of the other images the cast have been sharing on social media to celebrate the milestone.

There has been an influx of new casting announcements for the upcoming 10th season, with Friends star David Schwimmer landing the role of Grace's new love interest.

In what is a pretty hilarious move, Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer will also be joining the show to play himself in a guest appearance.

American Horror Story and White Collar star Matt Bomer is the latest name to be confirmed for a role on the NBC comedy series, where he'll be playing Will's love interest.

According to TVLine, Bomer's character is a smooth-talking, self-satisfied TV news anchor who dates McCormack's Will, so we're pretty much already sold.

Will & Grace will be back on NBC along with Jack & Karen (the spin-off we need) on Thursday, October 4 in the US.
