Summer came early when Häagen-Dazs confirmed the rumors this week that it's long-rumored Rosé & Cream flavor was a reality. But little did we know that Rosé & Cream was just one of two new flavors being added to the ice cream brand's boozy Spirits Collection.

If you're not yet ready for the return of Rosé all day, you can also dive face first into a carton of its sibling: Whiskey Hazelnut Latte. Ribbons of chocolate espresso flakes and hazelnut fudge are folded into this whiskey infused coffee ice cream, which retails for just $5.49 per pint. Remaining true to the collection, the latest addition is just 0.5 percent alcohol by volume.

Whiskey Hazelnut Latte and Rosé & Cream will join the six pints made with bourbon, Irish cream, rum, and stout which are already a part of the Spirits Collection. The flavors include: Bourbon Praline Pecan, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Irish Cream Brownie, Irish Cream Cookie Squares, Rum Tres Leches, and Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch. There is also the Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee pint for those hunting a non-dairy option. The Spirits Collection was first introduced in the U.S. last year.

Now please excuse me while I crack open a bottle of whiskey to enjoy with some freshly-scooped boozy ice cream. I've been wanting to try Jason Aldean's new bourbon that he made with Florida Georgia, and this seems like the perfect excuse.
