Home and Away's Sarah Roberts’ heartbreaking tribute to brother
Sarah lost her brother Karl in 2019 after his 15-year battle with brain cancer.
Former Home and Away star Sarah Roberts, who played Willow Harris, has uploaded a heartfelt tribute to her brother Karl on the fourth anniversary of his death.
Karl died in October 2019, after a 15-year-long battle with brain cancer.
On Monday, the day of Karl's anniversary, Sarah reposted a fan-made dedication to her brother, after a fan page uploaded a series of photos to commemorate Karl.
"Thank you for your beautiful words, cause I'm lost for mine. Four years without him today," Sarah said in her repost.
The original caption read:
"You will lose someone you can’t live without and your heart will be badly broken and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss but here is the good news: they live forever in your broken heart that doesn’t seal back up and you come through.
It’s like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly - that still hurts when the weather gets cold, but you learn to dance with the limp.”
The video showed photos of Sarah and Karl, and other family members.

Home and Away co-stars sent their support to Sarah in the comments, with Ada Nicodemou and Jackson Heywood leaving love heart emojis and fans also commenting their sympathies.
"Today is hard and the loss is real. It’s still awful and he is missed. Thinking of you all today. Four years is too long," one person commented.
"Thinking of you Sarah ❤️ sending all my love and big hugs to you and your family," another said.
