How to watch 2025 World Juniors and Team Canada's bid for gold: Streaming, TV channels, odds, key dates and more
Team Canada is hoping the 2025 World Juniors follows a similar script as the last time Ottawa hosted the event
Starting on Boxing Day, Team Canada will bring a stacked roster to the nation's capital, as it looks to avenge a disappointing and rare quarterfinals loss to Czechia in last year's World Junior Championships.
The Americans are considered the co-favourites, along with the Canadians, to take home gold in Ottawa this time around. Sweden and Finland could challenge for gold, too, if all goes right for them.
The last time Ottawa hosted the World Juniors, in 2009, Canada won its record-tying fifth consecutive gold medal in large part to Jordan Eberle's late-game heroics in the semifinals against Russia, which is one of the most memorable moments in tournament history for Canada.
We'll have no way to know how this one will end until it does, but here's everything you need to know as the highly anticipated event rolls near.
