Babatunde Aléshé is set to face his paralysing fear of heights in tonight's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! trial, with a sneak peek from the episode showing his terrifying ordeal.

The comedian had a tough introduction to the show when he was challenged with walking a plank from the roof of a skyscraper and jumping from the end of it attached to a bungee rope during his first few hours in the series.

However, Aléshé's fear of heights saw him unable to join Charlene White and Jill Scott in completing the task as he backed away from the plank and told hosts Ant and Dec that he couldn't do it.

Predictably, Aléshé has now found himself voted by viewers into doing the Horrifying Heights bushtucker trial where he will try to win meals for his campmates by searching for stars in a treetop course.

A first look at the trial, which will air in Tuesday night's episode, shows a terrified Aléshé harnessed up to a stack of metal rings connected by ladders and suspended high above the jungle.

He must make his way around the rings collecting stars - but the height isn't his only challenge, as he is caught in a downpour just as the trial begins.

Aléshé is shown crawling around the course tentatively as he manages to collect the first of nine stars, with Ant laughing that he has already made it further than in the skyscraper challenge.

Will he manage to collect enough stars to feed camp? The full trial airs in tonight's episode.

The Australian-set camp is already one celebrity down after Olivia Attwood was forced to quit the show just 24 hours in over a mystery medical issue.

She was taken out of camp to see medics after the first night and was not allowed back in as they deemed her to need further investigation - with the former Love Islander later spotted back at Brisbane airport on her way home.

Attwood's reps posted on her social media: "To say Olivia is heartbroken would be an understatement. She dreamed of doing I'm A Celeb for years, and was absolutely loving every second of the show and throwing herself into jungle life feet first (just as we knew she would).

"However, for reasons beyond her control, her journey has been cut short. Your support and kind words have meant the absolute world to her, now as much as it always has.

"You will hear the truth from Olivia in due course and she will be back on your screens in the New Year.

"PS who's going to roast Matt Hancock now."

I'm A Celebrity continues tonight at 9.15pm on ITV.
