So, what’s it like to eat at what might be Sydney’s most A-list restaurant?

With clean lines and crisp white tablecloths, the restaurant is all about simplicity – and that carries on in the deliciously seafood-heavy menu.

Pan-seared scallops with cauliflower soup are a classic dish, but flawlessly done, while seafood lovers will swoon at poached WA marron tail which comes out looking pretty as a picture surrounded by pops of green pea.
