Jennifer Garner 'would not have chosen' split from Ben
She's been praised recently for how wonderfully she's handling life as a single mum since her break-up from husband Ben Affleck two years ago.
But Jennifer Garner has opened up about life since the split, revealing it's not a life she would have "chosen."
Talking to News.com.au, the 13 Going on 30 actress said she didn't want to be single whilst raising her three kids, Violet, 11, Seraphina, eight, and Sam, five.
“I would not have chosen this life for myself or for my kids," she said. "I would not choose to be single or be in this position. It’s something that we are working through."
In the candid chat, she also discussed dating, telling the publication she is "not interested" in it at all.
Ben however has recently gone public with his new flame, Lindsay Shookus.
The pair first separated in 2015 after the 45-year-old actress allegedly found out about Ben's womanising ways in 2013.
Their divorce was finalised earlier this year.
Last month she wore a Super Woman t-shirt while picking out pumpkins with her kids, leading fans to dub her a "super mum."
Despite their separation, both have been vocal about the fact her family comes first and continue to have a unified front over special holidays and family occasions.
“We will be together with our kids and give them a special Christmas," she told the outlet. "We get along really well and it’s not an issue. We are friends; we can manage it.”
