Jessica Alba refuses to air dirty laundry online

Jessica Alba will never air her "dirty laundry" online.
The 36-year-old actress - who has daughters Haven, six, Honor, nine, and10-week-old son Hayes with husband Cash Warren - admits that whilst her life may seem perfect on the outside, she "doesn't have it together" all the time, but she'll never turn to social media as "therapy" when she is stressed.
Speaking to Redbook Magazine, she said: "I don't have it together at all.
"I just don't need to use social media as therapy and tell everyone, 'Today I f****d up as a mom.' It's none of your damn business.
"I'm fine if people want to air their dirty laundry online, but people know enough about me. I make mistakes all the time."
The 'Fantastic Four' actress confessed she would rather solve her problems with her pals over a glass of wine.
She continued: "Sometimes when I get together with my friends, we'll reflect on how we've made similar good and bad decisions.
"It's like, 'Yeah, that was humbling.' Then you move on and have a glass of wine."
And the Honest Beauty founder has her work cut out for her being a working mum, but says she always makes time for her husband and their children in the evenings.
She said: "I always try to get home from work for bath time and to cuddle the kids before bed. After that, Cash and I have dinner together and talk about our days. I need 'us' time all the time."
Jessica wants her children to grow up being "fearless" and hopes her hard work and determination will show them that they shouldn't give up when times are hard.
She shared: "I hope that their seeing me get out of my comfort zone will give them some degree of fearlessness to try stuff.
"I want them to know that you can't give up when it gets hard; when it gets hard is when you learn the most.
"You can't teach kids that by just talking the talk - you have to walk the walk and reinforce it with talk."
