Actress Jessica Biel is being sued by eleven former employees of her Hollywood restaurant for allegedly pocketing their tips.

Originally nine former staff from Au Fudge were claiming the New Year's Eve star and her partners made hundreds of thousands of dollars in tips from private events, that the workers didn't benefit from.

But now another two former employees have joined the official complaint.

The kid-friendly restaurant is known for it's A-List clientele that includes celebrity mums Chrissy Teigen and Reese Witherspoon.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, the eleven ex-employees have said the restaurant made the bulk of its revenue by hosting private events where the restaurant would add a 22 percent gratuity to each bill.

But according to the lawsuit, the staff who worked these special events, were not compensated.

The Blast reported last month that the former employees, who are reportedly asking for more than 1.3 million AUD in "punitive damages" as well as the $565,000 AUD they believe they lost out on, are all " young adults" who were working at the venue “as a way to get by” as they tried to crack into showbiz.

Jessica, 35, previously told Jimmy Kimmel that the restaurant she created the restaurant for mums and families was "definitely not making money" yet.

The wife of singer Justin Timberlake hasn't publicly commented on the lawsuit, but RadarOnline reported the "stress" is affecting her marriage and their one-year-old son Silas.
