Jordyn Woods rises above cheating scandal with huge announcement
Just hours after Jordyn Woods and Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal was picked apart by the Kardashians on their reality show, the 21-year-old model has made a major announcement.
Proving she’s getting by just fine without the famous family by her side, Jordyn has revealed she’s co-designed her second collaboration with fashion website Boohoo.
The 21-year-old model is promoting body positivity with her 60-piece range, which will be priced between $15 - $60 and comes in sizes 6 - 20.
Cheating scandal unfolds
Yesterday, the ‘Treachery’ episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians aired, detailing the moment the family found out about Jordyn’s kiss with Khloe Kardashian’s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.
It delved into the fallout from the night Jordyn went to an afterparty with Tristan, where she claims he kissed her as she was leaving in the early hours of the next morning.
“So I spoke to Jordyn,” Khloe can be heard telling the rest of the Kardashians during the episode . “She was in between his legs, she said, ‘I can’t remember if we kissed’.”
Jordyn’s former best friend, Kylie Jenner, also spoke about the scandal on the show, saying she was ‘scared’ of the model after the whole thing unfolded.
“I’m like, scared of you now, that you’re capable of waking up the next morning with a smile on your face,” Kylie was heard saying.
“Like, you weren’t thinking about True, not Khloé, not me, but you weren’t thinking about yourself. Like, look what you did,” Kylie said.
Jordyn rises above it all
Despite the E! show dredging up the past in last night’s episode, it hasn't stopped Jordyn from rising above the drama and pushing forward with her career.
She may have been dropped from Khloe Kardashian’s Good American ‘Good Squad’ following the furore and Kylie Jenner slashed the price on her Kylie X Jordyn makeup collaboration on Kylie Cosmetics, but Jordyn is flying high with her own endeavours.
Not only has Jordyn been dropping #ads on her Instagram captions like nobody’s business since February, she’s also the owner of her own fashion brand, called SECNDNTURE.
The star also announced in May that she’s adding actress to her resume, with a starring guest role on Black-ish spinoff, Grown-ish.
Meanwhile her line with Boohoo, which is available from June 26, features items such as metallic bodycon dresses, cute crop tops and an epic pink power suit.
“With my new collection, I wanted to offer size inclusive pieces with designs that reflect my personal style,” Jordyn said about the range.
“I hope this collection empowers women and encourages them to dream big.”
It seems Jordyn isn’t letting the background noise put a halt on her success and we’re here for it!
