New photos from the set of Justice League strongly indicate that two of DC Comics' most iconic locations will be seen in the movie.

The next DC Extended Universe blockbuster is currently undergoing a round of reshoots in Bedfordshire under the watchful eye of Joss Whedon - and, as it turns out, the watchful eye of fan community DC World too.

What these sleuths have uncovered are the construction of a giant domed structure, which may well turn out to be the Justice League's awe-inspiring headquarters the Hall of Justice.

This iconic art deco structure was first introduced into the classic Super Friends cartoon in the 1970s, and basically helps create a public face for the DC Heroes.

However, some TV and comic incarnations of the Hall of Justice have established it as nothing more than a decoy to distract from the League's actual outer-space base called the Watchtower. DC World speculates that the Justice League film may also be hiding a Watchtower in the tarp pictured above.

There is no confirmation yet that either the Watchtower or the Hall of Justice will actually make it into the movie, and it's also worth noting (via Coming Soon) that Disney's Dumbo remake is also building sets at the same Bedfordshire lot.

Earlier in the week, it was reported that the Justice League reshoots also include a flashback to Wonder Woman's past- which could explain how her mother Queen Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen) and aunt General Antiope (Robin Wright) back on Themyscira will appear.

Former Marvel Cinematic Universe visionary Joss Whedon recently jumped over to the DC Extended Universe to direct a Batgirl movie and oversee post-production on Justice League.

Justice League director Zack Snyder sadly stepped down from the project this past spring following the tragic death of his young daughter.
