It’s getting harder and harder to keep up with Khloé Kardashian — or any of the Kardashians, for that matter. As the reality star family expands its brand to include everything from clothes and cosmetics to books and more, the Kardashian brood is growing, too. Literally.
In 2017, sisters Kim and Khloé announced they were expecting brand-spanking new bundles of joy. And if the unending rumors are true, Kylie Jenner is also pregnant — making for three Kardashian babies in 2018 alone! (So far, that is.)
But one sister is taking it one (baby) step further. On Friday, January 12th, Khloé Kardashian introduced a collection of Good American maternity jeans on Instagram. And while it’s just a preview, we’re already going (goo goo) gaga over it!
Khloé only just confirmed her April due date in December, but according to the soon-to-be mom, the idea for the maternity line was born prior to her pregnancy. Designed as part of her inclusive denim line Good American, which she cofounded with Emma Grede in 2016, Khloé hopes the forthcoming fashion line made for moms in mind will provide “chic and cute” alternatives to maternity mainstays like dresses and leggings.
The mom-to-be announced the maternity line via an Instagram story, in which she offered fans a sneak peek at the first mock-ups of the denim, adorably named “Good Mama.”
Talk about having good genes…er, jeans. Pass ’em down, Khloé Kardashian!
“I’m really excited because I received the first prototypes of our Good American denim,” Khloé said in the video as she showed off the denim. “[Emma Grede] and I have been working on this for six months, even before I got pregnant, which is crazy.”
She added, “I really miss wearing jeans during my pregnancy. I think you look so cute and chic, and there’s only so many dresses or leggings I could wear every day.”
But just like the birth of Khloé Kardashian’s baby — or Kylie Jenner going public with her pregnancy — fans are going to have to wait.
The mommy-friendly line of maternity jeans isn’t available just yet, but Khloé promised the collection will make its debut “soon.”
“They’re so cute, though. They fit so well,” she said. “These are a dream. I’ve never worn maternity denim before, so I’m really excited.”
We can’t wait!
