Khloe Kardashian's weight loss inspired by True

Khloe Kardashian's baby daughter True has been motivating her mom to shed the pounds.
The 'Revenge Body' star's trainer Don Brooks - who has worked with all of the Kardashian clan, as well as Khloe's boyfriend Tristan Thompson - has revealed the secret to Khloe's 33-pound weight loss is her three-month-old tot coming out at the end of their high-intensity workout sessions to help encourage her to keep up with his Don-A-Matrix routines.
Revealing what the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star gets up to during her six-day-a-week workouts, Don told TMZ: "Well you know I do my Don-A-Matrix method, it's always been my go-to theme.
"Which is my four quarter method which we do resistance training and cardiovascular exercises all in one movement.
"So I've been having her do those multi-functional movements, which is not only expending a lot of energy from her body, but it's also helping her lose weight and burn body fat as well.
"She is doing that six days a week and we are beginning to start doing two-a-days. Two-a-days is when we break the workout up and do one in the morning and come back at night and do another workout.
"You know baby True makes an appearance ... at the end of the workout baby True comes out to give herself that extra boost that she needs at the end.
"I've been using the baby as a tool to get her to do whatever I need her to do."
The blonde beauty recently admitted she didn't "put any pressure" on herself to lose weight but is pleased with her progress.
She shared: "After I had True, I didn't put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight. I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week. Here is where I am at currently. True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn't give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn't able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I've lost 33 pounds! I'm shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly."
