Kris Jenner has denied accusations of sexual harassment claims made by a former bodyguard, Marc McWilliams. In a recently filed lawsuit, the "momager's" ex-security staff-member claimed she had made "lewd", "unwanted" and "unwelcome" advances towards him.

McWilliams was also assigned to protect Kris' daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, and while she is named in the lawsuit, no allegations of wrongdoing are made against her.

In the court papers, it is alleged that mother-of-six Kris Jenner massaged McWilliams' neck, shoulders and arms, as well as resting her hand on his groin. She is also accused of exposing parts of her body in a "lewd or suggestive manner".

Via her lawyer, 64-year-old Kris has flat-out denied the allegations against her. A statement from her legal representative, Marty Singer, to TMZ reads: "Kris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately toward (the accuser). The security guard worked outside the house and he never even went into Kris’ house."

McWilliams was believed to have been assigned to look after members of the famous family three years ago. But according to lawyer Mr Singer, "Kris had very little interaction with him.

"After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while on the job, the security company was asked not to assign him to work there in the future."

The bodyguard disputes this was the reason for the cessation of his contract, however. Instead, he claims he was "effectively terminated" from his job as a result of his complaints against her. He is now suing Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, and David Shield Security and Armour Protection Services (the company who employed and assigned him) for financial damages in response to his allegations of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

Kris Jenner's lawyer insists no such complaints were made about his client. "The guard never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim," he said.

"Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper with the guard, nor did she do so," the lawyer added.
