Hezbollah chief hails ‘great victory’ in first address since ceasefire
Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem on Friday declared a "great victory" against Israel in his first speech since a ceasefire went into effect in Lebanon earlier this week. Four Israeli tanks earlier Friday entered the western side of the Lebanese border village of Khiyam, according to Lebanon's official news agency.
