Right in the middle of Cannes Film Festival, Louis Vuitton lured the world's biggest stars and editors to Italy for an aquatic adventure of a Cruise 2024 collection. Whetting our appetite for the new live action remake of The Little Mermaid, Louis Vuitton's Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière looked to water itself as inspiration for his latest Cruise offerings.

Emma Stone, in a chic cut-out two piece, Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor, James Bond actor Lea Seydoux, and none other than Cate Blanchett all took a break from Cannes Film Festival for the fashionable event.

Featuring plenty of practical neoprene, fantastical headdresses and mystical palette skirts, the show note explained Ghesquière hoped to: 'give rise to contemporary tales, populated by drifting creatures that abandon aquatic dwellings for the discovery of terrestrial wonders.'
