MAFS star Dom's massive 2023 Celebrity Apprentice salary revealed

With a successful podcast, fashion line and social media following under her belt, Domenica Calarco’s career has gone from strength to strength since her appearance on Married At First Sight earlier this year.

Yahoo Lifestyle revealed earlier this week that Channel Nine has offered the fan favourite bride a spot on the next season of Celebrity Apprentice, with filming expected to kick off in November.

Now, a source has told us that Dom has been offered a whopping $50,000 to star on the reality show, with room for negotiations.

It was previously rumoured that Michelle Bridges and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli, who competed on last year’s season of Celebrity Apprentice, were paid close to $50,000 each for their appearance.

Meanwhile, Anthony Callea, Ross Noble and Shaynna Blaze were reportedly paid $30,000 each, and the Veronicas Lisa and Jess Origliasso were said to have earned a combined $60,000 from the show.

Benji Marshall, who is the current favourite to win this year’s season of the reality show, revealed earlier this month that he was paid a lump sum where it didn’t matter how far he went in the competition.

“I think some people in their contract had that if they lasted a certain amount of time, you get more money, so they probably got fired early,” he said on Triple M's The Monday Scrum show.

“During the first week, people started talking about how much they were getting paid and I said ‘yeah same’ but I was getting paid way more than that,” the NRL legend continued. “Let’s just say I was very happy.”

‘Big money’

A source told Yahoo Lifestyle earlier this week that Channel Nine “is desperate” to keep Domenica with the network as she is “arguably the most popular participant to ever come off Married At First Sight”.

“They're willing to throw some big money at her to get her to sign for Celebrity Apprentice as they know her huge following will bring in ratings,” they said.

If Dom was to join the series, she would become the third MAFS bride to face Lord Alan Sugar in the boardroom after Martha Kalifatidis and Beck Zemek.

Martha came in third place last year and earned $40,000 for her chosen charity, while Beck was the first person to be fired this season.

However, Beck eventually came back into the competition and earned over $20,000 before getting fired again in eighth place.
