Married At First Sight's Sarah Roza stunned fans after revealing she'd undergone a body transformation after getting liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift.

"My life has changed FOREVER!" she wrote on Instagram alongside some before and after pictures, also thanking her surgeon Dr. Reza Ahmadi from CosmosClinic in Melbourne.

"It’s taken me a while to upload these images because I was SO self-conscious about you all seeing my ‘before’ pictures. Previously I always managed to look great in my clothes because I wore restrictive shapewear underneath my dresses EVERYDAY which was just exhausting (sic)!

"I’ve always been a curvy girl & I really wanted to enhance my shape that I already had, but I just couldn’t naturally achieve the dream body I was after no matter how hard I dieted or exercised due to my age (42) & hormones. Surgery was a serious decision & one that I researched for more than a year."

The reality star continued, "I decided to take the plunge... I had Vaser liposuction on my arms, my back, my flanks/waist & my abdomen. Some fat that was removed from my tummy was then transferred into my buttocks to give it a more perky appearance, this procedure is called a BBL.

"Recovery was uncomfortable but never painful for me (admittedly I do have a high pain tolerance) so I only took the occasional paracetamol tablet during my 6 weeks of recovery. During that time I wasn’t allowed to sit down, drive a car, or lay on my back plus I had to wear the medical compression garments for 24 hours a day.

"The before pictures were taken on the day of my surgery & the after pictures were taken only 6 weeks later. My body shape & skin firmness look even better since more time has passed… Today I’m feeling fabulous plus I have SO much more confidence! My wardrobe choices are virtually limitless now & I’ve completely ditched my restrictive shapewear which I used to wear daily."

She went on to say the surgery isn't a solution for weight loss, as she only actually lost 5kg in the process, but added, "It’s permanent body sculpting at it’s finest & I’m so glad I did it!"

Fellow former MAFS star Melissa Walsh commented on the post, saying she "could not be more proud" of Sarah.

"Watching you go through the surgery, and how amazing you were during that recovery period, you have proven what I already knew - that you’re one tough cookie," Melissa wrote. "You never complained and maintained your composure the whole time, which is no mean feat when you can’t sit down for six weeks haha.

And check out how gorgeous you look. Dr Reza has outdone himself!"

Another former MAFS star Tracey Jewel wrote, "Wow so proud of you Sarah, incredible transformation!"

Connie Craydon agreed, "OMG! This is amazing."

Fans also thanked her for being honest about her transformation with one user writing, "Thank you for being so honest that you had surgery. I think you look beautiful in both, but at least I know my body can't look like number 2 without surgery. It helps me be realistic."

"Beautiful either way, but if you're happier, good for you!" another said.
