Man charged over Brisbane fatal crash

A man has been charged with manslaughter after a fatal car crash in Brisbane.

The 29-year-old man was allegedly driving a dual cab utility when he collided with a car on the Gateway Motorway at Rochedale on June 3, Queensland Police said in a statement on Wednesday.

The 63-year-old female driver of the car and her 61-year-old male passenger were taken to Princess Alexandra hospital where the man later died.

The 29-year-old was charged with one count of manslaughter and is due to appear at Bundaberg Magistrates Court on June 14.
