A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after emergency services were called to an "incident" at a business.
Essex Police received reports of an injured man on London Road at Marks Tey, near Colchester, at about 09:30 BST.
Emergency services remained at the scene and a cordon was been put in place.
The man remained in hospital.
