Suspect in killing of three women and girl in Memphis found dead after manhunt
A US man wanted for the killing of three women and a teenage girl has been found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The body of Mavis Christian Jr, 52, was discovered in his car during a manhunt in Memphis, Tennessee.
It came after police attended a shooting in Howard Drive at 9.22pm on Saturday (3.22am UK).
It's there they found a woman who had been killed from an apparent gunshot wound.
Investigators linked the attack to two others - a woman and 13-year-old girl shot dead, and a 15-year-old girl critically injured, in Field Lark Drive, and another woman killed in Warrington Road.
Officers have not said when each shooting took place, but believed Christian was responsible for all three.
The shootings are believed to be domestic violence incidents.
