Matty J rejects Leah on Bachelor group date
She hasn't been shy since the very start, so it was no surprise to see Bachelor contestant Leah make a big move on Matty J during the first group date on Thursday night.
The 24-year-old blonde bombshell from Victoria tried to KISS the 30-year-old hunk during a Grease-themed photo shoot, as they posed on a motor bike in front of the other female contestants.
"I got picked to do the one-on-one photo shoot with Matty. No, I was not surprised. Matty's looking for an amazing girl, and I'm amazing!" Leah said in a piece-to-camera.
It didn't take long for the reality star to try her luck, but unfortunately Matty wasn't in the mood to lock lips. Awkward!
"Hands off, buddy. Are they hooking up? No way! No way," one of the girls said.
"I think I'm gonna vomit," another said.
Despite missing out on a smooch, Leah seemed pretty stoked with herself.
"I knew the girls were looking. I wanted them to see it, and I wanted to get a reaction," she said in a piece-to-camera.
But when the bachelorettes realised no kiss had happened, they were the ones getting the last laugh.
"She pashed and he dashed. You'd be devo!" one of them laughed.
And Matty being the respectful guy he is, reasoned with Leah: "I think it'd be a little bit inappropriate in front of the girls".
Oh well, better luck next time Leah!
