The couple have largely kept out of the public eye, aside from a reported visit to a JP Morgan conference in Miami, followed by a dinner which was also attended by fellow A-List couple Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, and a couple of stops at local charities.
The latest joint engagement by the couple has now been reported as a visit to the prestigious Stanford University in California.
According to Today, the Sussex couple flew commercial from Canada to meet with professors for a 'brainstorming session' about their new yet-to-be-announced charitable foundation.
Little is known about their plans to establish their foundation but the couple did allude to a brand new venture in their initial statement announcing their plans to step back from the monarchy.
'This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity,' the statement said.
Little is known of the 'charitable entity' but given the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's previous charity work, we can guess there will be a focus on community and the Commonwealth, gender equality, education, the fight against HIV and Aids and veteran support.
