Mum who looks like Barbie wants daughter to do the same

Real life Barbie Kerry Miles has spent $168,000 on surgery to look like her favourite childhood toy.

But the UK mum has caused outrage revealing she’s started saving so her 13-year-old daughter can do the same.

Kerry says being bullied at school prompted the extreme makeover and she started having surgery six years ago.

In that time she has forked out thousands of dollars on vampire facials, breast implants, Botox, fillers, fake tan and hair extensions to look like Barbie.

She now takes an ice bath and has a facial everyday.

Tomboy Bethaney is the polar opposite of her mum - but Kerry says despite her lack of interest in plastic surgery, she's still put money aside for her just in case she changes her mind.

“She is free to do whatever she likes, but I would love someone to be the same as me, so then we could share this thing,” Kerry told ThisMorning.

Kerry says when Bethaney was a baby she was like her little doll.

“I always dressed her pink and pretty, and I hoped as she grew up we could share clothes, go shopping together, get our nails done,” The Daily Mail reported.

“But she's nothing like me to be honest, she's a bit of a tomboy. It'd be nice if she shared my love of Barbie, but she's not into it and that's fine.”

Despite this Kerry has saved over $33,000 just in case the youngster changes who mind and wants to have liposuction or a boob job.

“People spend money on whatever makes them happy and I don't judge - this is what makes us happy so this is how we spend our money, and it's no-one else's business,” says Kerry.
