Murray burns Kyrgios with massive social media sledge

Andy Murray has managed to get the better of Nick Kyrgios with some brilliant banter on social media.

Murray and Kyrgios are good friends off the court and like to poke fun at each other on their various social accounts.

That fun continued on Tuesday when Kyrgios commented on a photo Murray posted on Instagram.

"Cleaning out my closet was so boring that I ended up getting artsy!" Murray wrote alongside a photo of him lying on a multitude of his old racquets.

Kyrgios replied "Don't know how I feel about this post" before Murray hit back with a big burn.

"Think the bat under my left armpit was the one I used to serve out the match against you at Wimbly...would you like it?" Murray wrote, referencing his win over the Aussie at Wimbledon in 2016.

Murray has a perfect 5-0 record against Kyrgios and is clarly happy to remind him about it.

It's not the first time the Scot has poked fun at his younger counterpart on social media, criticising these dance moves at the Cincinnati Open last month:

"For someone who parties so much I'd expect some better moves," he said.

If Kyrgios continues to be dominated by Murray on the court, he might need to score some more victories online.
