Glenn Phillips has taken an outrageous catch in the Caribbean Premier League T20 in the Jamaica Tallawahs’ four-wicket loss to the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots.
The match was a classic with Chris Gayle hitting an incredible 116 runs off 62 balls to lead his team to a massive total of 4/241.

But the Patriots somehow chased down the whopping total with four-wickets to spare.
However, wicketkeeper Phillips did his best to halt the run-chase taking one of the catches of the year.
Phillips was moving with the ball as it shaped down towards leg-side when the opener, Thomas, gave himself room and hit a thick outside edge.
In a split second, Phillips shifted his body-weight and dived to his right to take an incredible one-handed catch.
The crowd seemed stunned and so did Phillips who just got back to his feet and smiled at the camera.
Fans couldn’t believe what they had seen.
WICKET! What. A. Catch! Simply stunning from Glenn Phillips, flying high to his right to take a one-handed screamer and see the back of Devon Thomas for a brilliant 71. @sknpatriots 176/3, needing 66 from 41.#SKPvJT #CPL19 #CricketPlayedLouder #BiggestPartyInSport— CPL T20 (@CPL) September 11, 2019

The Tallawah’s now find themselves without a win in their opening two games.
