When Leo finds out what's going on between Paul and Terese, he encourages his father to find a way to talk Terese around.

Paul considers this and offers Terese a deal – she wants to make him bleed, so why doesn't he donate $100,000 to charity? He'll also commit to returning to a more professional working relationship – and then they'll never mention the software glitch and faked alibis again.

Meanwhile, Lyn returns and confides in Amy about how useless and lonely she's feeling now that her son Oscar's passion for farming is leading him to move to his father's farm permanently. Lyn had been hoping there might be a place for her at The Flame Tree, but Steph doesn't need her. Amy goes to Steph, who's mortified to realise her mother is struggling.

Elsewhere, Leo and David receive an eviction notice out of the blue. David is delighted when Aaron invites him to move into the Brennan house. He agrees immediately and is about to announce the big news to Leo and Paul, when they drop their own bombshell. Paul has bought the apartment next door to the penthouse for Leo and David to move into, joining the two properties together so they can live together as one big family.
