Philadelphia rocked by second night of looting, protests

Video from local CBS station KYW-TV reportedly shows looters entering a Foot Locker store.

Local media also reported that widespread looting continued at a nearby Walmart store in Port Richmond. Philadelphia police tweeted a warning to stay away from the area as a crowd of approximately 1,000 people was looting in the area.

The Pennsylvania National Guard says several hundred members are being deployed to the city at the request of Philadelphia County as the unrest continues.

Hundreds of protesters first took to Philadelphia's streets on Monday after a bystander's video was shared on social media showing two officers shooting 27-year-old Walter Wallace after he did not heed orders to back off and to drop the knife.
