Prince George played this adorable role in his school nativity

Prince George might be in line to the throne, but he wasn’t given the part of one of the three kings in his first school nativity play.

Instead, royal cuteness played a sheep.

George’s role was revealed by his father, Prince William on a visit, with his pregnant wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, to the BBC’s Bridge House in Media City, Salford on Wednesday.

While asking the children about their Christmas plans, William said: “I went to my boy’s nativity play. It was funny.”

“He was a sheep,” he added.

Aside from appearing in his school nativity, George is also preparing for the festive season by compiling his Christmas list, which William personally delivered to Father Christmas during a visit to a Christmas market in Helsinki, Finland.

On seeing the festive figure, William said: “I’ve seen you and I had to give you this letter” before handing Father Christmas a handwritten letter from Prince George himself.

The four-year-old apparently only wants a police car for Christmas this year, leaving the other four boxes empty.

He also circled that he had been “nice” instead of naughty.

“He hasn’t written down many requests, so I think one request is probably okay,” William said to the Finnish Santa.

Like most children, Prince George is a big fan of Christmas. So much so that last year, William revealed the little boy had started opening his Christmas presents a week before the big day!

We’ve all been there George.
