Australia’s Got Talent has announced it’s ninth season will premiere on Sunday the 27th of July, and it looks like its host is fitting in some me-time before the show hits screens.

Ricki-Lee has shared enviable snaps of a Bali getaway ahead of her hosting duties on the highly anticipated returning series, and she’s rocking a fresh-faced look.

The photos show the former Australian Idol star living it up beachside, and posing in the pool.

Rocking a black one-piece, the singer looked like she was having the time of her life, and it sounds like a well-deserved break.

“I’m so lucky that I get to travel for work - but rarely do I take a holiday for myself,” she captioned one of the tropical shots.

“I wish I could stay here forever!” she wrote on another.

Rocking a very natural look, the singer and host backed up an inspiring makeup-free photoshoot for Stellar magazine by posting several gorgeously natural shots.

The star has made news in the past with her incredible weight loss, and has since spoken more boldly about accepting her body’s natural shape.

The latest photos show Ricki-Lee looking healthy and happy ahead of her on-screen return.

Australia’s Got Talent 2019

Ricki-Lee was announced as the host of the show’s ninth season, after it was revealed an all-new judging panel was secured by Seven for it’s 2019 return.

The new panel includes former Pussycat Dolls lead and X-Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger, as well as musical theatre star Lucy Durack of Wicked fame, Shane Jacobson and Manu Feildel.

This year’s talent shows are specialising in the comeback it seems.

The Bachelorette’s Apollo Jackson, who made waves after he spoke candidly about being broke after the show, will terrify the judges with a death-defying act if the promos are anything to go by.

Jack Vidgen, a former winner of AGT stunned audience’s with his turn on The Voice, despite not making the final four.
