Russia unable to mount new full-scale offensive on Kyiv, says Zelenskyy

Russia does not have enough forces to launch a full-scale offensive on Kyiv like they did on Feb. 24, 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with AFP.

"They don't have the forces for a full-scale offensive on the capital like the one they had at the beginning of the invasion," Zelenskyy said, according to RFI.
