'Savage' UFC star humiliates journo after 'stupid' question

Former strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk has made an example of a Russian journalist after a series of ‘stupid’ question.

The Polish UFC star was clearly sick of incessant question regarding the “biggest fight in UFC history,” between Conor McGregor and lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in October, while speaking at UFC Moscow over the weekend.

Initially the 31-year-old was happy to answer the questions, but refused to pick a side between the two champions.

“I’m 50/50. I’m a big fan of Conor, and I’m a big fan of Khabib. Two different styles,” Jedrzejczyk said.

“As you saw, I never predict a fight. I don’t like to predict the fights. People can do that. They can predict my fights, but I never do that.

“Anything and everything can happen in the fight. This is definitely the fight of, what, like the century? In MMA. So I cannot wait to watch two great warriors fighting each other. I’m 50/50.”

But one Russian reporter wasn’t happy with concluding on that note, continuing to push the fiery Pole about her thoughts on the fight.

It would be a decision he would soon regret.

“What? Do you want to insult Conor McGregor here,” she asked.

“You want to insult him? OK, come here. Insult Conor McGregor in front of the camera. What do you think about him? C’mon. Be honest.”

Jedrzejczyk continued her savage attack, laughing at the reporter and even joking about his career (watch the full exchange in the video at the top of the page).

MMA fans showed plenty of respect to the Polish champion after seeing the interview, recognising her class in not slagging off another UFC star.

Some, however, considered her to be acting like a bully.

Jedrzejczyk was clearly in a mood during the her media availability, also calling out another journalist who suggested she might be nervous ahead of her upcoming fight.
