Simon Cowell predicts One Direction reunion

Simon Cowell is confident One Direction will reunite.
The 58-year-old music mogul thinks the group - who went on indefinite hiatus in 2016, six years after he put them together on 'The X Factor' - have "too big" a legacy not to reform, though he doesn't expect it will happen any time soon.
He said: "I just think the legacy is too big not to go back to at one point. Plus they have enough songs. I didn't realize how many hits they've had... When they do get back together it will be a huge event.
"But look, they're all doing their own thing and they're all being successful. But I have a feeling it will happen. I really do. I'd love it to happen."
And Simon thinks Louis Tomlinson - who he is currently working with on 'The X Factor' UK - Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and former member Zayn Malik don't even need to get back together to record new music as he thinks fans would be satisfied with concerts.
He added in an interview with 'Entertainment Tonight': "Individually they were all great. The group was the launchpad, but, of course, everyone would love to see them back together -- even if it was just a series of concerts."
Liam recently said that there may be a possibility of a reunion in the near future but, right now, his schedule is booked solid with his debut solo album due out at the end of 2018 and he plans to go on a tour the year after.
He said recently: "My album comes out at the end of the year and then I'm going on tour in 2019. It's amazing that we're doing our own thing and then, hopefully one day soon, we get back together and have another great time of it, who knows?"
