Snowy conditions cause school delays across P.E.I.

Snowy conditions cause delays across Prince Edward Island Thursday morning, following a night of blowing and drifting snow due to strong northerly to westerly winds.

All schools across the province will open one hour later than usual, with an update at 8 a.m.

Holland College's Tourism and Culinary Centre is also delaying its opening, with an update at 7 a.m.

Roads across the province are snow covered, and the plow dispatcher for Prince County said there are blowing snow and icy patches, and roads in Queens County are icy.
