Sonic Is Testing Broccoli Cheddar Tots That Taste Just Like Mini Lil' Casseroles
If you could have anything to eat in the world right now, what would it be? I can think of like, a dozen things, but tater tots and broccoli cheddar casserole definitely make my list. If they are part of your dream foods too, you'll be happy to know that Sonic sees you. Sonic understands you. The chain is currently testing crunchy tots that have Big Casserole Energy.
Sonic's Broccoli Cheddar Tots continue Sonic's long-standing love of taking our favorite comfort foods, putting them in bite form, and frying them up to perfection. These bites are just warm broccoli pieces and melty cheddar cheese covered in a crispy coating—it's that simple. They're perfect for snacking and according to Sonic, a large order includes a full serving of vegetables. We love a healthy moment! These are only available for a limited time as part of a test in Wichita, KS, and Chattanooga, TN. If you don't live there, well, guess you get to be sad with me!
Another cool item currently getting the test treatment by Sonic is very trendy: Cold Foam. While you've typically seen it on top of coffee, Sonic is thinking outside of the box here. You can now add it on top of any drink at Sonic for 30 cents. As you probably know, Sonic's drinks are kinda of a big deal, so the possibilities are endless. The one example they gave us is topping a Vanilla Root Beer with Cold Foam. Sounds like a dream. This one is also a limited-time test, and it's only in Amarillo, TX. Hopefully both will coming to a drive-up booth near you soon!
