South Africa’s Ramokgopa Sees ‘Fatal Flaws’ in State Gas Plan

(Bloomberg) -- There are “fatal flaws” in the South African government’s plan to develop a natural gas supply industry, Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, the country’s electricity minister, said.

Ramokgopa, who spoke at a Standard Bank Ltd. conference on Tuesday, said it will need to be reworked.
