Spencer Matthews will be returning to TV for his very own reality show with his wife Vogue Williams and their baby, which is a sentence we never thought we'd be typing about the former dastardly heartbreaker of SW3.

The former Made in Chelsea star and model Vogue – who met during their time on Channel 4's now-defunct The Jump –will share the trials and tribulations of their new lives as parent to little Theodore in E4's three-part series Spencer and Vogue: Adult(ish).

The couple married in June and welcomed Theodore in September this year, and the show – which is described as "funny, frank and intimate" – will cover the couple's preparation for the new arrival.

It will also include Vogue's dramatic labour, and their domestic life as they adjust to juggling modern parenting alongside their careers in the public spotlight.

Vogue told E4: "Spencer has wanted to work with me on something for some time now. He's been relentless. I thought the baby would suffice but apparently not."

Spencer added: "I'm delighted that E4 have given me the opportunity to have my own show. For legal reasons I am having to share this opportunity with my wife. I can say no more at this time."

The show has been commissioned by Rumpus Media and Money Group Entertainment, with Rumpus Media Joint MD Emily Hudd saying: "Spencer and Vogue have turned achieving life's milestones into a competitive sport – in the last year alone they've managed to get engaged, get married, celebrate Spencer's 30th and have a baby.

"This series is a funny, unfiltered celebration of the joy and the chaos that comes next. We're really excited to be working with them and E4 on this series."

There's no air date for the series yet.

Meanwhile, Spencer recently revealed that he would like to return to I'm a Celebrity following his sudden departure over his use of steroids in 2015.

"I made a mistake but I didn't really drop the ball," he told Closer Online. "I was more than willing to complete that show, I absolutely loved it and was having the time of my life.

"I was removed completely against my will and for that it's annoying because I would have loved to have done it. It's a bit of an ordeal now and a lot of people think I left on my own and that's simply not true. I was fully taken out against my will."

Digital Spy reached out to ITV, who had no comment following Spencer's claims.

Made in Chelsea airs on Mondays at 9pm on E4.
