Stacey Solomon has been praised by fans for sharing a bikini selfie alongside a body positive message about wearing whatever you want in the heat.
The Sort Your Life Out presenter was enjoying a sweet moment with her baby daughter, Rose, wearing a pink floral bikini as she hoisted the infant into the air.
Alongside the video clip, Solomon, 32, shared an empowering message to fans about body confidence in the summer months.
"Dear Rose, I hope you grow up and love who you are. I hope that love is never determined by your appearance. To the moon and back darling…," she wrote.
"It's going to be 34 in some places tomorrow. Where [sic] Whatever Makes You Feel Comfortable. You’re beautiful Never let anyone make you believe otherwise."
After sharing her inspiring post fans were quick to praise the star for trying to encourage body confidence amongst her followers.
"Love this caption! Such an important message," one user wrote.
"This is what we need in 2022," another added. "Real bodies of real women, feeling happy, being healthy and living life."
"This is exactly what we should be showing/teaching our kids," another user commented.
While another added: "Love this. All the ladies should live by this rule".

Others thanked the star for keeping things real when it comes to her social media feed.
"Thank you for just being you and happy not to use filters and effects on yourself," one fan wrote.
"Showing what real bodies look like and rocking it," another agreed.
"Thank you for being so real," a third fan commented.
The Loose Women star is no stranger to a body positive post.
Earlier this year the TV personality was praised for sharing a bikini snap with an empowering message about post-pregnancy body confidence.
The 32-year-old mum-of-four posted a picture on Instagram sitting by a pool in a black bikini, again with her daughter, Rose.
Alongside the snapshot, the Loose Women star shared an honest caption about feeling insecure about her post-partum body, which many could relate to.
After explaining how much her daughter was enjoying her first few experiences of swimming, Solomon also admitted to having a wobble about wearing her bikini.
"P.S I had a little moment getting ready for swimming where I felt a little bit insecure," she continued. "Then I remembered how grateful I am that my body has grown the loves of my life.
"For anyone else who hears that mean little voice from time to time. Tell it to get lost and be quiet because it’s lying. You’re so beautiful and your body is incredible. No matter what some of the things we see will lead us to believe."
Last year the presenter also warned of the dangers of photo retouching and social media as part of Loose Women's Body Stories campaign.
The mother-of-four posed in a bikini for the campaign which saw the stars of the ITV show pictured before and after the use of body tuning apps.
Solomon, who has 4.4million Instagram followers, explained why she doesn't excessively edit her own photos.
“If I thought a picture was a bit dark, I might brighten it up but I have not got the time to airbrush, slim things down, change the shape of things… then also I’m going to go out in public and they’ll go, ‘Who are you? Looks nothing like you!’" she said.
"I think it can be a real dark hole to go down if you’re constantly changing things and wanting to be different.
The 32-year-old went on: “We have to get into the schools at this point and learn how to create a positive feed online. If you’re looking at something and just feeling crap about yourself, don’t look at it anymore.
"We’ve got to teach how to detox social media, how to find positive people to follow, how to deal with negative feedback and criticism.”
