Stan Lee facing sexual harassment lawsuit

Stan Lee is being sued by a massage therapist who alleges he sexually harassed her during a scheduled session.
The 95-year-old comic book legend has been hit with the lawsuit by Maria Carballo, who has accused the star of acting inappropriately during a massage session at his suite at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Chicago last year.
According to the suit, about 30 minutes into the session, Maria "noticed that Lee began to fondle himself as she performed the massage."
Maria claims that she told the Marvel Comics icon to lie on his back in an attempt to diffuse the situation, but he then began "to moan and groan," at which point Maria refused to continue the massage.
The suit goes on to allege that the following day, Maria's employer called her to tell her that Stan had apologised and requested a second appointment, which Maria agreed to attend.
However, on the second visit, Maria claims that Stan was "once again moaning", and when she stopped the massage, he "stood up from the massage table, completely naked, and became angry with Plaintiff."
The suit added: "Plaintiff begged Lee to put on his clothes on and to let her leave, but he became angrier and demanded that she continue the massage."
Maria notes that she agreed to continue the massage for 10 more minutes, this time performing a Shiatsu massage, which uses the feet instead of the hands.
The suit reads: "Lee grabbed Plaintiff's foot and moved it against his penis and scrotum. When Plaintiff freed herself from his grip, she promptly gathered her belongings."
Maria is suing Stan for alleged assault, battery, and other counts.
According to the lawsuit, she is seeking a judgment "in excess of $50,000, plus an award of punitive damages, and attorneys' fees and costs as permitted under the statute."
Meanwhile, Stan's partner Keya Morgan has denied all allegations on behalf of the writer.
She told TMZ: "Stan Lee is 95 years old, completely harmless, and is 100 percent innocent, and denies any such false accusations."
