Starbucks' New Fall Drinks Are About To Be Bigger Than Pumpkin Spice
Word's already out: The 2023 Starbucks fall menu includes two new drinks in addition to the classic favorites—we see you, PSL! Building on the much-loved fall spices and flavors, the 2023 Starbucks fall menu welcomes the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte and the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. Starbucks Reserve locations will also have some new drinks, but here's what you can expect from your local Starbucks.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte
First up, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte, which was inspired by a customer and barista customization. An Iced Chai Tea Latte is topped with pumpkin cream and pumpkin spice for a creamy, warming (although iced?) beverage. I could drink this in the middle of summer and be transported instantly to an orange-leaf-filled park.
Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
Building off the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato (which is returning for its third year) is the new Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. Starbucks Blonde Espresso is mixed with apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, and oat milk to create a drinkable apple crisp—although not as sweet. As someone who likes a simple cold brew or espresso, this one could easily make it into my rotation.
