Swarovski heiress' insane 46kg wedding dress
When your family are at the head of the Swarovski crystal empire, you’d expect to have a pretty blinged out wedding. And 23-year-old Victoria Swarovski didn’t disappoint.
The Austrian heiress and singer tied the knot in the most spectacular fashion in Italy this week, and the highlight was her incredible dress!
It was a custom-made ball gown from Dubai based Filipino designer Michael Cinco – who has also created dresses for Beyonce, by the way – and featured a six metre train so large it needed to be carried by FOUR people!
A dress that big weighs more than your average 12-year-old, at a gobsmacking 46kg. It also comes with a $1.2 million price tag and naturally, it was covered head to toe in 500,000 dazzling Swarovski crystals.
While we wouldn’t want to take off a dress like that ever (or at least until we collapsed under its weight), Victoria later pulled out two outfit changes, with both dresses by the same designer.
The first was a more tight-fitting white number, before she slipped into a little red dress with a dramatic skirt.
Either way, Victoria’s new husband, property investor Werner Mürz – who is believed to be in his 40s – looked super chuffed with his bride – and why wouldn’t you be!
