We need to calm down after the cameo-filled extravaganza that is Taylor Swift's new music video.

The popstar is no stranger to the celebrity cameo - who can forget the clashing girl squads in 'Bad Blood'? But her clip for 'You Need To Calm Down' is much more about togetherness than throwing shade at rivals.

Taylor's rainbow visuals pay tribute to Pride month for the LGBTQ+ community. She also solidifies her truce with former rival Katy Perry by giving her a big hug in the video's final moments - while dressed as an oversized burger and fries, no less!

Also present is singer-songwriter Hayley Kiyoko, who has previously called out Swift as part of a wider criticism of the music industry's double standards.

Watch closely and you'll also spot Adam Lambert giving Ellen DeGeneres a tattoo, the Fab Five from Queer Eye surrounding Taylor as anti-gay protestors approach, plus brief appearances from Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds, Orange is the New Black's Laverne Cox and Ciara.

There's also a segment paying tribute to Taylor's fellow popstars as RuPaul presents a crown to Drag Race contestants Adore Delano, Trinity the Tuck, A'Keria C. Davenport, Delta Work, Jade Jolie and more impersonating Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Adele and Taylor herself.

Diehard fans will also have tonnes of East Eggs to look for. For example, the numbers on the dice in the opening sequence total up to 67, which happens to be the amount of days between now and the release date of Taylor's new album Lover on August 23.

Eagle-eyed viewers will spot references to Taylor's cat Benjamin Button and the infamous snake emoji that once haunted her on social media.

The Pride-centric clips follows on the heels of Swift's surprise performance for her LGBTQ+ fans at the historic Stonewall gay bar in New York earlier this month.
