Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been making the rounds. While the new couple was spotted at buzzy NYC hotspots like Nobu and Waverly Inn just last week, they returned to Kansas City over the weekend for the Chiefs game and a dinner date.
On Sunday, the Eras Tour performer and her tight end boyfriend were spotted at Kansas City Argentinean steakhouse Piropos Restaurant following the team's triumph over the Chargers. It's a personal favorite of Kelce's, who has allegedly dined there on several occasions with family. According to an eyewitness who spoke with Entertainment Tonight, the pair arrived around 8:15 p.m. and stayed for about two hours. They were seated in a private banquet room with the curtains pulled and reportedly dined on breads and signature salsas, lobster risotto, and more.
Kelce reportedly signed a card for the restaurant owner's grandson before exiting the restaurant, where a "caravan" of cars and security was reportedly waiting. The date also followed an impressive game from Kelce. The Chiefs tight end nabbed 179 yards receiving, which marks his second-highest record in his career. The Chiefs shut down the Chargers with a 31-17 win as part of the team's impressive and maybe Taylor-inspired winning streak. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid even joked that "Taylor can stay around all she wants," considering Kelce's performance when she's in the crowd.
"It appears that Big Red is noticing it because he weighed in in his post-game press conference," Jason Kelce said during the brothers' recent podcast. "He was asked about your big game and his response was, 'Kelce keeps getting better with time, Taylor can stay around all she wants."
"Listen, when you're getting Big Red's approval and blessings, you know you're doing something right," Travis chimed in.
Following the game on Sunday, Travis and Taylor were spotted hand-in-hand, according to PEOPLE. Swift also kissed Kelce's cheek in the photo seen around the world. The picture was shared to Instagram by fellow Chiefs star Mecole Hardman Jr.'s girlfriend Chariah Gordon.
"Thanks for breaking the internet chariah😂," one fan commented on the now-viral post. "Doing the Lord’s work posting this photo," another added.
