Teresa Giudice Admits She 'Wasn't Proud' of Her Iconic Table Flip but Has 'Embraced It'
Season 1 of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' saw Giudice jostle a dining table in anger, a move the Bravo star says "everyone loves" to this day
Teresa Giudice instantly regretted one of her most memorable Housewives moments.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star addressed her iconic table flip while attending BravoCon 2023, admitting that the adrenaline of the moment didn’t last long. “Let me tell you the truth: after I did it, I was like, Oh my God, what did I just do?” she said.
“Like, I wasn't proud of it. I really wasn't," Giudice, 51, continued at the Housewife2Housewife: Day One Diva panel on Sunday. "That was the first time I ever did that. I got that mad.”

Though Giudice didn’t feel confident about the drama, she leaned into it once fans clung to the moment as a historic reality TV moment, which saw her angrily lift up a huge table, spilling the wine and food on it, after being told to "pay attention" by then-nemesis Danielle Staub.
“Afterwards, everyone loved it. So then I embraced it," she said. "You know, I don't like the picture that everybody posted with that mean, face it out and I was like, I should have been smiling, but I, everyone loves it. So, you know, because everyone else loves it. I've embraced it.”

Giudice has certainly leaned into the success of the moment — even recreating it on The Drew Barrymore Show in February. She told host Drew Barrymore that Staub was “going after my girlfriend so I was sticking up for my girlfriend. I'm a girl's girl."
During her BravoCon appearances, Giudice teased what’s to come of her story on screen. The next season of RHONJ will consist of Giudice "Showing a lot of receipts,” she said.
“I’m all about receipts and [being] black and white,” she explained. “I hate liars, and we’ve got a lot of those on the shows. Yeah, a lot of liars.”
But that won’t stop her from holding onto her Housewives crown. When asked whether she plans to return to RHONJ, she said, “I'm not leaving ‘til Bravo fires me."
