Things get VERY catty on the Bachelor first group date

The first group date on The Bachelor, let's brace ourselves people.

What is it you ask? Drum roll please...

A photo shoot? Interesting choice for a date.

Putrid dress Jen was paired up with Florence aka Flo from Victoria and the pair were going to be shooting "that awkward first date".

Flo then asks who was going to be "third-wheeling" her and Matty thinking it was Jess. Awks! It was actually Jen!

Her face said it all...

And turns out she actually WAS third-wheeling!

Jen, well she was rocking some rather frizzy looking hair and clown-like makeup but was meant to be a lifeguard standing in the background.

Flo was all over Matty J while they were in the pool for the shoot and vice versa and Jen was not having ANY of it.

She then strips off her "lifeguard" uniform into her navy swimsuit and dives into the pool. Lucky her dark eye makeup didn't run!

She then proceeds to caress every single part of Matty's body she could possibly get her hands on and Flo was pushed to one side. Gurl, you should've fought for your man!

Next up was the school formal shoot and they were dressed in 80s-esque fashion with Laura, Liz, Sian and Natalie.

Of course, little ol' Jen was watching from the sidelines taking a swipe at enemy Liz calling her dress "putrid". We haven't heard that one before, good one Jen!

Laura definitely stole the show with Matty even saying: "She's that beautiful, confident chatty girl who's keen to have a laugh. So, Laura really stood out for me."

Then out came Simone, Cobie and the amazing Tara in cheerleading outfits chanting "M-A-T-T-Y! Matty is out favourite guy!" That's right girls team spirit!

Who stood out to Matty in this round? Seems it was Simone!

So, who got the solo?! Leah! That's right barely-there, sheer black dress Leah who ignored half the girls last night!

Osher hinted to Leah earlier: "You and Matty may or may not have that first kiss."

To which she said, "I'm going to, just FYI." Well...spoiler she doesn't!

The blonde was embodying Sandy from Grease and ALMOST kissed Matty but he bailed at the last minute...Awks!

Bet the other girls were pleased about that one!

And the drama didn't stop there... as the girls took the catfight to the cocktail party.

It seems Jen and Leah were still a bit jealous of Elora's single date, and wanted to ruffle some feathers between Elora and her Bachie BFF Simone.

When Leah asked Elora what she would do if she saw Simone kissing Matty, Elora quipped back: "I'd rather her kiss him than anyone else here".

Oooh, burn!

And she didn't stop there.

"I don't think you're very nice," she then said to Jen. "I think you have a really dark side to you."

"I'm not sure why I'm getting targeted," Jen said.

The thing is, poor Matty is off flirting up a storm with one of the other 20 girls, and has no idea what's happening in the lounge room.

So all girls involved in this catfight end up getting a rose, while poor Laura-Ann, whom we didn't see a peep of, was the one sent home at the end of the night.
