This Black+Decker stick vacuum is down to $90 for Black Friday and is 'just as good' as a Dyson
Want to freshen up your home for the holidays? Snag this Black+Decker cordless stick vacuum at a price that'll floor you.
Is it just us, or is there something about the holidays that signals it's time for a little home refresh? And if you'll be hosting guests for festive get-togethers this season, now would be a smart time to get your living space in shape. Ridding your home of dust bunnies is a good starting point, and if your old vacuum's starting to sound a little wheezy whenever you turn it on, a replacement's in order. You don't have to splurge on a fancy Dyson, either; Amazon shoppers have found a much more affordable vac that many say they prefer just as much (if not more!) than the high-end brand. Enter: the Black+Decker PowerSeries+ 16V Max Cordless Stick Vacuum. It's got the same sleek aesthetic as its pricier counterparts but happens to be on sale for just $90. Now that's an Amazon Black Friday deal that really cleans up!

A lightweight dust-zapper that looks like a Dyson, has a long-lasting battery and costs 90 bucks? Yeah, we were "floored" too.
Why is it a good deal? 💰
This is the best price we've seen this vac on sale for since the spring, and when you consider how much other brands can cost (upward of $300 for a Dyson), it's a no-brainer. Most stick vacuums in this price range are from unrecognizable brands, so the fact that it has the Black+Decker label to back it up makes it even more appealing. This model doesn't have the highest voltage, but unless you're doing some very heavy-duty cleaning, it should suffice. (A 20V model is currently on sale for $92.)
Why do I need this? 🤔
Clocking in at just 8 pounds, this Black+Decker stick vacuum is far easier to maneuver and move throughout the house than a bulky upright vac — and since it's cordless, you won't have to worry about tripping over cables or looking for an open outlet every time you go to a different room.
Don't be fooled by its lightweight design, though. This bad boy can run for up to 40 minutes before needing a recharge and uses AutoSense Technology to determine how much suction is needed on various surface types. Plus, it's equipped with an anti-tangle brush bar (a boon if you've got pet hair to contend with), as well as cyclonic filtration to help keep the filter clear and the machine in good working condition.
Some other cool features? It easily converts into a handheld and comes with a crevice tool that'll allow you to clean stairs, furniture or even the interior of your car with ease. The LED lights on its head let you see crumbs and debris when cleaning dark spaces, and when you're done using it, it stands upright on its own — no storage holder or wall-leaning required.

Pros 👍
"I was between a Shark cordless and this," shared one satisfied shopper. "HUGE price difference and [I] honestly believe this one works better! Super lightweight, love the self-stand feature and minimal charging cord. [It] holds [a] battery for a decent amount of time. Great suction! I’ve had a Dyson cordless, and this works just as good in my opinion!"
"Overall, very pleased with this unit, since I am 80 and have arthritis and it only takes about 30 to 45 minutes to do my entire small house," wrote another impressed buyer. "Since I live in a sand pit, this is a wonderful unit. Gets dog and cat hair very well also."
"I have a dog that is a heavy shedder, and this vacuum gets the fur up really well," agreed a third. "I have a big vacuum that does the same, but my back gets sore after vacuuming, so I didn't vacuum as often as I should. With this stick vacuum, I am able to vacuum much more often without discomfort."
Cons 👎
"Works very well," said a mostly content customer. "[The] only thing is I have a hard time getting the dirt cup open to empty it after vacuuming. But it has excellent suction and goes places that my other vacuum can't."
"I got this for my multi-surface (wood, carpet and tile) apartment, and it works wonderfully!" exclaimed a final fan. "I love that it has an auto sensor to detect when it needs to change suction power or height. It's also not very loud, in my opinion, compared to other vacs I've had. It's also really easy to take apart for cleaning! The battery lasts for a long time — I was able to vacuum my whole apartment twice before it died. I just wish it didn't take so long to charge the battery. Other than that, no complaints here."
It it a stick vacuum or a handheld? Trick question, it's both!
And when it comes to wiping up wet messes...
This isn't your average floor-cleaning duo: For starters, it practically cleans itself, thanks to its nifty wash chamber and wringing system. Plus, it has a 360° mophead for getting into corners and crevices along with an extendable handle that'll keep you from having to bend or crouch. Oh, and you'll also get three reusable microfiber mop pads.
