Three people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in east London.
The London Fire Brigade said the roof and most of two first-floor flats above a shop in Chadwell Heath were on fire.
In a statement, the brigade said 12 engines and around 80 firefighters were tackling the fire on High Road.
Three people who left the building before firefighters arrived were being treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service crews.
Crews from Ilford, Dagenham, Romford, Hainault and surrounding fire stations were at the fire, which was reported just after 4am on Sunday.
