In news that has made us more excited than Leslie Knope at an all-you-can-eat waffle house, Tina Fey has revealed that she would love 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation to crossover.

And we are so with Tina on this one.

The series creator told Entertainment Tonight that the idea of a 30 Rock reboot was going "nowhere", but that the door is open to a meeting of minds between Liz Lemon and Leslie Knope.

Speaking about her long-time friend and collaborator Amy Poehler, Tina said: "Amy's willing to do a Parks and Rec reboot.

"Maybe we should just do a Liz Lemon, Leslie Knope spin-off."

Of course, where you have Liz Lemon, you have Jenna Maroney, so it's just as well that 30 Rock star Jane Krakowski is also on board for a revival of some form.

"[A revival] would be a dream come true. We all had the greatest time on that show," she said before teasing "there's definitely been talk and conversations" about bringing it back.

"Right now, [reboots are] the trend, and I would be thrilled if the trend continued over into 30 Rock," she added.

What with a successful Will & Grace reboot, talk of The Office US coming back and now this, we don't think there's ever been a better time to be a fan of early-'00s television.
